POLICE SECRET ‘SPECIAL TREATMENT’ DOCUMENT
7½”x5¾” Estonian police order to give ‘special treatment’ to ‘Jewish partisans.’ In other words, execute the two individuals listed. Although called ‘Jewish,’ the men were not. By calling them ‘Jewish Partisans’ Estonian police thought they could shoot them down. Usual aging apparent.
