Fine association of two of the most notorious Third Reich personalities, on his personal letterhead, 1p., Nuremberg, Dec. 22, 1936 to PHILIPP BOUHLER (1889-1945), who supervised Hitler”s euthanasia program which ordered the “mercy killings” of thousands of retarded, deformed and mentally ill Germans.
