HANS KREYSING/(1890 – 1969) German general who commanded the 3. Gebirgs-Division, a recipient of the Knight’s Cross with Oak Leaves and Swords. War-date S.P., 3.5 x 5.5 in. b/w, a Hoffman photo postcard showing chest-up pose in uniform, signed boldly on the chest. The verso bears a Sept. 27, 1944 Feldpost cancel, and appears to have been addressed in his own hand, likely sent to an admirer. Very good.
