Partly-printed 1p. Berlin, Feb. 2, 1942, a statement by NSDAP member Friedrich Ohlwein made against fellow party member Otto Engel. Ohlwein declares: “…I saw Pg. Ohlwein playing billiards with the Jew Heidemann in the…pub and also in conversation at a table…I only know that it was in 1941…” Accused member Engel signs at bottom. File holes, else fine. Such fraternization would lead to party expulsion, or much worse.
